  •	Deposits made using cryptocurrencies or debit cards and credit cards can take up to 24 hours to process.
If over 24 hours have passed since you made your deposit and your balance still hasn’t been topped up, please contact our customer support team with a proof of payment. We’ll do our absolute best to solve this issue for you.

If you're using an eWallet, we try to process all withdrawal requests within 12 hours. After that, the funds should appear in your account instantly. If you’re using a credit or debit card, on the other hand, withdrawals can take up to 7 business days. Cryptocurrency withdrawals are faster and usually take less than 24 hours.
